LONDON, 08-04-2016:
The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain said that the misunderstanding between MQM and the Establishment should be removed now because being a political party it needed peace in the city.
 
Addressing to a gathering thronged to celebrate the victory in by-elections of NA-245 and PS-115, MQM Chief thoroughly felicitated the people over another historical success and appreciated MQM workers and supporters for their commitment and dedication. He said that the elections were held on a working day caused low-turnout of the electorates.
 
Mr. Hussain said that on other hand the Haqiqi terrorists attacked on MQM workers and supporters, including women and elders while vandalizing the UC offices in Lines Area. He said that despite all such tactics the people set another example of chivalry and made MQM candidates successful in the elections.
 
He said that MQM wanted to remove all the discrepancies and misunderstanding with security agencies and establishment, and said for that purpose it was needed to address all the grievances of both sides. He also welcomed to newly-joined MQM member Amjadullah Khan and ensured him full cooperation from the party.
 
He showed grave concerns over the establishment of private courts from a religious outfit in Punjab and demanded the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to take immediate notice against such socially ill elements. He once again appreciated MQM workers and supporters for their unshattered determination and commitment to the party.
