Altaf Hussain writes letter to the COAS drawing attention to threats being given to MQM office-bearers and elected representatives

MQM Founder and Leader Mr Altaf Hussain has written an emergency letter to Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif drawing his attention to the sensitive issue of certain officers of the law enforcing agencies in Karachi and Hyderabad summoning the local office-bearers, elected representatives, MNAs, MPAs and Senators and threatening them with dire consequences if they did not join the new group of MQM traitors. 
Addressing Gen Sharif, he said that Mohajirs are true Muslims and patriot Pakistanis and not non-Muslims. Allah will not like the attitude of these officers of law-enforcing agencies towards Mohajirs. He said it was the duty of Gen Sharif to take immediate action against these officers. Mr Hussain said that the situation was a moment of thought for MQM workers and every conscience Pakistani.
