The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement strongly condemned the bomb blast near Rangers check post at Metric board office, Nazimabad and offered sympathies to the victims of the incident.
In a statement the Coordination Committee said that MQM Chief Mr. Altaf Hussain had already informed the nation years before about the potential of banned outfits. It said that MQM Chief’s statements were not taken seriously and the current wave of terrorism was the consequence of heedlessness of the government authorities.
The Committee demanded the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Home Minister Sindh Anwar Sayal and concerned authorities to immediately start the investigation about the bomb blast. It also demanded to apprehend the involved criminals and brought them before the justice.
