MQM MPAs condemns torture incidents by traffic personnel

The Members of Provincial Assembly of Muttahida Quami Movement strongly condemned the traffic police and its private contractors to involve in incidents of torturing the civilians.
The MQM MPAs said that the maltreatment by police and private persons to the innocent citizens showed clear indications of lawlessness of administrative institutions. They said despite handling according to the law, the police and private personnel reacted against the jurisdiction of SOP.
The Parliamentarians said that the government should not wait for people’s outrage against them to avoid any chaos. They also demanded the Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah to take immediate notice and the accomplice should be treated according to law.
