Altaf Hussain slams Haqiqui on attacking MQM workers

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), Mr. Altaf Hussain strongly condemned the violence incidents during local bodies elections against MQM.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief said that the peaceful process was disrupted when some miscreants attacked on MQM workers and supporters. He expressed his despondency over the sterile reaction of law enforcement agencies against the terrorists.
He said that a number of the polling stations in Landhi were captured by the notorious Haqiqui terrorists, who forced people to cast votes in their favor. He said that the miscreants who disrupted the peaceful elections’ process directly supporting the cause of the extremist forces, like Maulana Abdul Aziz and Lal Masjid.
He said everyone had to react unanimously against those elements who had been causing defamation for Pakistan facilitating terrorism and extremism. He once again appealed civil and army establishment to immediately counter those elements and discourage such activities in the country.
