I pay tribute to people of Karachi for their unwavering support: Altaf Hussain

MQM Founder and Leader Altaf Hussain has paid tribute to the people of Karachi for supporting the MQM resolutely in the face of state repression and injustices. He said this while talking to party workers and sympathizers on Thursday night in North Karachi.
“We started a struggle for obtaining the rights of the oppressed and disadvantaged people. People have remained united on the platform of the MQM for many years. They have given many sacrifices in this struggle for truth.”
He said, “Even today workers are being killed extra-judicially and are being subjected to torture in custody. They are facing a tough time and inopportune circumstances, but they have not allowed the MQM flag to go down. I pay tribute to people of Karachi for their unwavering support to the MQM.”
Mr Hussain also praised MNA Rehan Hashmi for his performance.
Mr Hussain asked people to convey his message to others.
