LONDON: 17^TH JANUARY 2012: Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain telephoned Pir Sibghatullah Shah Rashidi and offered condolences on the death of his father and spiritual leader of the Hurs Shah Mardan Shah Pir Sahib Pagara. He said that Pir Pagara was a national asset, and the vacuum created by his passing away would not be filled easily. The sacrifices rendered by the late Pir Pagara would always be remembered.Mr Hussain hoped that Pir Sibghatullah Rashidi would continue to help his followers and other needy people as the new Pir Pagara walking on the footsteps of his deceased father. He prayed for the departed soul and courage and patience for the bereaved family members to bear this loss. Pir Sibghatullah Rashidi expressed his gratitude to Mr Hussain for his condolences and asked him to pray Allah for giving the courage and power to discharge responsibilities.
