MQM MPAs condemn long spells of unannounced load-shedding by K-Electric

MQM MPAs have strongly condemned the unannounced load-shedding by K-Electric in the holy month of Ramzan. The MPAs said the K-Electric claim of not doing load-shedding in Ramzan has been proved wrong.
In a joint statement the MQM MPAs said it was a sheer injustice to resort to long durations of load-shedding that was a source of the immense problem and mental agony for the citizens.
The MPAs said that long spells of unannounced load-shedding had significantly affected daily routines of people despite the fact that they pay their electricity bills regularly.
The MPAs asked as to how long this situation will continue and how long will people have to suffer because of the inadequate distribution system and inefficiency of K-Electric.
They urged people at the helm of affairs that K-Electric should be made to supply uninterrupted electricity in the holy month of Ramzan.
