Altaf Hussain demands to provide essential rights to people

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain said that people had been deprived of their fundamental rights, while the federal and provincial governments were responsible to provide all the rights to the people.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief said that the progress and prosperity of a country depended on the provision of people’s rights. He said that the government needed to provide essentials, including nutritious food, electricity, gas, water, employment and other necessities.
Mr. Hussain, the leader of a progressive and enlightened political party of the country, insisted that to provide the benefit of the democracy and its system to people and let their lives comfortable. He said that the people suffered acute scarcity of drinking water in Sindh, especially in Karachi while the provincial government seemed passive on the issue.
He demanded the federal and provincial governments to completely ban on the receptions in Awan-e-Sadr, PM’s, CM’s, Governor’s House and other official institutions to minimize the impact of the people’s sufferings. He urged the authorities to direct the ministers and officials to reach to the people to resolve their issues on ground.
