22nd Death Anniversary of Azim Ahmed Tariq held with reverence

MQM organized 22nd death anniversary of former chairman of the party Azim Ahmed Tariq in Karachi and rest of the country with reverence. Gatherings for offering fateha and recitations of the Holy Quran were held at MQM offices in which the participants paid rich tributes to their martyred chairman.
The main gathering was held in Lal Qila Ground, Azizabad near MQM headquarters Nine Zero. In-charge of the Co-ordination Committee Kahfilwara and other members of the committee, MNAs, MPAs and office-bearers and workers of different wings and sectors of the MQM attended in large number.
Senator Maulana Tanvirul Haque Thanvi offered prayers for the soul of Azim Ahmed Tariq and other martyrs of the MQM. He also prayed for the incarcerated MQM workers. Special prayers were offered for the health and well-being of MQM leader Altaf Hussain.
Similar programmes were held at the MQM offices in Interior Sindh, Punjab, KPK, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir.
