There were complaints of mismanagement.
Polling at one polling station was stopped all of a sudden. Enraged voters blocked the road
Polling started late at most of the polling stations. Five polling stations were set up in Sulaiman Ibraheem School in Rajputana Colony, Liaquatabad No 10 falling in NA – 246. The school building has two storeys in which 19 polling booths were made. First vote was cast at 8:45. Voters were being allowed in polling booths in limited numbers due to which a large number of voters had to wait for their turn. People had to face severe problems due to hot weather and mismanagement. Polling in Peela School, located in Liaquatabad No 9 of the same area was stopped at 10:15 all of a sudden. People became enraged and they blocked the road. Elderly people had to face problems in Riaz Girls College School in Liaquatabad No 10. Some elderly people refused to cast their votes as a mark of protest and returned home because they could not go to the higher floors of the building.
