Altaf Hussain thanks Shia scholars for supporting MQM in the by-election

MQM Founder and Leader Altaf Hussain telephoned prominent Shia scholars Allama Zohair Abidi, Allama Ali Karrar Naqvi and Allama Athar Mashhadi and thanked them for supporting MQM candidate Kanwer Naveed in the by-election to constituency NA – 246. He also thanked all the noted scholars that participated with him in the press conference.
Mr Hussain said he was grateful to the religious scholars for showing extraordinary courage, resolve and determination for supporting the MQM candidate.
The scholars recognized the efforts made by Mr Hussain for promoting sectarian harmony, unity, brotherhood and eliminating terrorism. They said it was their duty to give their support to the MQM in their struggle.
Mr Hussain thanked them for their sentiments and added we will fight the conspiracies of evil forces by remaining united.
