Mr Altaf Hussain, founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), has expressed his profound grief and sorrow over deaths of several school children after the roof of a private school collapsed in Shakargarh. He stressed upon the government to carry out a survey of school buildings in dilapidated conditions and carry out repair or reconstruction work so that such unfortunate incidents do not happen in future. He offered his condolences and extended sympathies to the bereaved families. He prayed Almighty Allah to give courage and patience to the grief-stricken family to bear this great loss. He also prayed for the early recovery and good health of the injured children.
PAKHTUN AND OTHER NATIONALITIES ARE WITH MQM : DR FAROOQ SATTAR

Deputy Convener of the Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), Dr Farooq Sattar has said that Pakhtuns as well as people belonging to other nationalities were with MQM and they knew those hands that were involved in the vicious conspiracy to undermine the peace of the Karachi.
Addressing the general workers meeting, organized by the Pukhtun Organizing Committee of the MQM, in Lal Qila Ground Azizabad, Dr Sattar said that Karachi is the economical hub of the country and the people who belonged to different castes, races and creeds were living together with love and brotherhood from day one but some of the selfish elements wanted to create hatred among them which could never benefit the country and the nation.
Dr Sattar said that Philosophy of Mr Altaf Hussain, the founder and leader of MQM was for the suppressed people; and suppressed people were present in every nationality. The were looking the towards MQM for their rights because they regard Mr Hussain as their savior.
Dr Sattar further said that those who create hatred among the people had never thought of peace or prosperity but wanted to spill violence and bloodshed. Expressing strong determination, Dr Sattar said that the MQM will continue its struggle for the rights of the poor and suppressed people of Pakistan.
Dr Sattar stressed on the MQM workers to discourage negative elements, spread the message of the MQM and study party literature regularly.
Members of Co-ordination Committee Shahid Lateef, Gulfaraz Khan Khatak, Sleem Tajik, In-charge MQM Pakhtun Organizing Committee also attended the meeting.
MQM BELIEVES IN ACQUIRING MODERN EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY: DR NUSRAT

Deputy Convener of Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Dr Nusrat Shoukat has said that MQM believes in acquiring the modern scientific education and technology to meet the challenges of 21st century.
He said this after inaugurating the Khursheed Begum English Language, Computer Centre and Library, established by the MQM Shah Faisal Sector. Dr Shoukat said that the developed countries were progressing continuously because they had equipped their nation with modern scientific education and technology.
Dr Nusrat congratulated the office bearers of MQM Shah Faisal Sector on their remarkable efforts to establish the “Khursheed Begum English Language, Computer centre and Library”. Later on he gave away shields and certificates to the students.
MQM MNA Iqbal Muhammad Ali, Provincial Minister Khalid Umer, MPA Nishat Muhammad Zia, In-charge MQM Karachi Tanzimi Commmittee Hammad Siddiquai were also present on the occasion.
