MQM candidate for the by-election in NA-246 Kanwer Naveed Jamil has said that the opposition parties should follow the election code of conduct instead of making the election campaign violent and fiery.
He was addressing corner meetings in FB Area Block 13 and Hussainabad area for canvassing voters.
He asked the people living in the limits of NA-246 to remain calm and express their will by casting votes in favour of MQM in a large number.
Kanwer Naveed said that politics and democracy are the best way for serving the people. He added that the development works done by elected representatives of the MQM remained unparalleled.
He said that world over people elect their representatives by casting votes in elections. MQM leader Altaf Hussain pioneered the concept of public service through politics. The MQM does not seek personal aggrandisement by taking part in elections as it believes in serving the people and facilitating them at their doorstep.
