Former prime minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf thanks Altaf Hussain for his support

Former Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf telephoned the Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain and thanked him for his co-operation in the completion of the five-year tenure of the democratic government. He praised Mr Hussain for his unmatched power for taking important decisions that were helpful in the continuation of the democratic process in the country. He said that the support given by Mr Hussain on the situation in Balochistan and other pressing issues was a source of strength. He said he had no hesitation in saying that leaders like Mr Hussain were national assets. He prayed for his good health and well-being. Mr Hussain also prayed Almighty Allah to give Mr Raja an opportunity to serve the people of Pakistan.
