MQM has serious concerns over Sugar Mills closure: Altaf Hussain

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain expressed grave concerns over the sterile reaction by Sindh government regarding the issues of sugarcane growers.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief said that millions of tons sugarcane of poor farmers and peasants were left outside the sugar mills but sugar mills owners’ mafia closed their production to deprive sugarcane producers. He said that the mills owners forced the farmers plunge into a new crisis.
Mr. Hussain said that MQM is with the farmers of Sindh and would raise the voice against the exploitation of the sugarcane producers. He said that if the sugar mills owners would not resolve the issue on emergency basis, MQM would announce its action plan.
