Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), has observed with religious zeal on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) on 12th Rabiul Awal on Sunday.
In this regard, the MQM decorated its Chief’s house famous as Nine-Zero with colorful lights, bounties and decoration pieces. The other offices of Zones and provinces also maintained the tradition with appropriate rituals and enthusiasm.
Meanwhile, the MQM set up camps for drinking water, food and sweets for the faithful throughout the country including Karachi, on the route of 12th Rabiul Awal processions. The MQM workers also showered flowers on the participants of the processions.
MQM various delegations comprised of members Coordination Committee Amir Khan, Arif Khan Advocate, Haider Abbas Rizvi, MNA Dr Farooq Sattar, MPAs Khawaja Izharul Hassan, Dr Saghir Ahmed, Syed Faisal Sabzwari, Muhammad Dilawar, Muhammad Kamran Farooqui, Abdul Haseeb, Muhammad Anwar Raza, Muhammad Azeem Farooqui, Rehan Zafar, Iftikhar Alam and Jamal Ahmed, visited the camps set up in various areas of the city.
MQM leaders and workers felicitated the participants of the processions on behalf of MQM Chief Mr. Altaf Hussain on the occasion of 12th Rabiul Awal (Jashn-e-Eid-Miladdun Nabi). They also distributed food and sweet among them to celebrate the occasion.
