KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain on Tuesday has condemned the heinous attack on the Army Public School killing as many as 127 innocent students in Peshawar saying that it feels like his children have been snatched away from him.
MQM chief said that he feels extremely dejected at the Peshawar incident.
Hussain also said that terrorists entered the school premises due to lack of security and that terrorists want to implement a system of their choice.
MQM leader said that the nation and the leaders of the government must learn a lesson from this terrible incident and that he had urged the government a number of times to launch an operation againt terrorists but it did not pay heed to his call.
He urged the Prime Minister (PM) to call a round table conference of all the political parties of the country.
Hussain further urged a combined counter strategy to be formed against terrorists.
Moreover, the PM has called an emergency meeting of parliamentary parties on December 17 (Wednesday).
