MQM London Secretariat organizes 29th death anniversary of Altaf Hussain’s mother

The 29th death anniversary of Khursheed Begum, mother of Mr. Altaf Hussain, the founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), was observed at International Secretariat in London.
In a statement, it was said that the participants paid rich tribute to Mr. Hussain’s mother’s soul and recited holy Quran for her for high-eternal rank. The program was attended by members Coordination Committee, members International Secretariat, MQM UK office-bearers, workers and women.
Member Coordination Committee Tariq Javed paid rich tribute to the soul of Mr. Hussain’s mother and said that during the inception of MQM, she also supported Mr. Hussain and assisted him to proceed in the politics. He said that she refused to write an apology against his release on 14th August 1979.
Tariq Javed said that instead of being compelled by her maternal emotions, she showed great courage and patience, and never let down her son in front of the tyrants. He said that Khursheed Begum was an exemplary personality for all mothers. The participants of the program prayed for her high-eternal rank.
