The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), Mr. Altaf Hussain strongly condemned terrorist attack on MQM Central Punjab President Amir Baloch and killing of his uncle Manzoor Fareedi in the incident.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief drew the attention of Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif that the involved criminals belonged to encroached mafia. He said that the terrorists encroached lands, spread crime and killings.
Mr. Hussain said that the residents claimed that SHO Green Town Police Station patronized the criminals and provided assistance to their criminal activities. He demanded Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif to take immediate action and ordered for an independent probe and accomplices should be brought to the justice, especially if any of police personnel involved in the incident.
Meanwhile, Mr. Hussain telephoned to Amir Baloch and offered condolence on his uncle’s death in the terrorist incident. He also prayed Almighty Allah to confer high eternal rank to the sad demise and bestow courage to the bereaved family to bear the loss.
