Terrorists are waging an unannounced war against Pakistan by carrying out suicide attacks and bomb blasts
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned the suicide attack on the vehicle of JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in Quetta and has expressed his grief and sorrow on the killing and injuring of several JUI workers. He thanked Almighty Allah for keeping Maulana Fazlur Rehman safe.
Mr Hussain said that the terrorist elements are waging an unannounced war against Pakistan by suicide attacks, bomb blasts and other terrorist activities. Political leadership, religious scholars belonging to different schools of thought and other prominent people are being targeted during this war and centres of police, rangers, FC, and armed forces were being attacked.
Mr Hussain said that the large-scale terrorism in the country demands that the entire nation gets united against it and support the armed forces who are busy in fighting a war against terrorism.
Mr Hussain extended sympathies to all the leaders and workers of the JUI and the followers of Maulana Fazlur Rehman on the Quetta incident. He prayed Almighty Allah to showers His blessings on those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack. He also prayed Allah to give patience to the families of the martyred people.
Mr Hussain demanded the federal and the provincial governments to use every means to stop the menace of terrorism from the country.
