The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain said that he considered Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, the prime culprit of the killings of 36 MQM workers including Suhail Ahmed.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief said that the police personnel arrested Suhail Ahmed, In-charge of Unit 64 of Society Sector, on December 15, 2014. He said that Chief Justice of Sindh High Court and Chief Minister including others were informed regarding his illegal and arbitrary arrest.
Mr. Hussain said that despite all such efforts, the police dumped his fatally-tortured body in Moawach Goth area after killing him extra-judicially. He said that Suhail Ahmed was a noble gentleman, a pious man and never hurt anyone.
He said that the Chief Minister Sindh was blaming MQM for attacking on CM’s House with four dead bodies murdered in extra-judicial killing and targeted-killings while the police was dumping the body of innocent Suhail Ahmed.
MQM Chief said that none of the 36 martyred workers, including the murderers of Suhail Ahmed were arrested yet and he said that he and his party so far showed patience but there should be some limit for everything. He said that MQM would react on every single abuse and violence against it and culprits had to bear the consequences.
