Mr
Hussain said that the members of Movement accustomed to easy life are prone to
escapism during tough times. They are selfish, self centred and egocentric. To
remain part of the Movement, they commit flattery with the office bearers and
struggle for their personal survival and not of the Movement. Just as friendship
is harmful for the Movement, similarly flattery is also very damaging. These
people not only ideologically destroy themselves but also make the office
bearers accustomed to flattery. When the Movement takes disciplinary action
against such office bearers then their flatterers get confused and uncertain –
and thereafter, start gossiping and criticising directly or indirectly the
decisions of the Movement. As a result, they spread confusion and uncertainty
amongst the public.
Mr
Hussain emphasised that those genuinely attached with the Movement accept all
its decision with open heart and broad mind and give precedence to its ideology.
These genuine workers do not hesitate to offer any sacrifice for the Movement
and its ideology. Such an act demonstrates true and genuine attachment with the
Movement’s mission, cause and ideology.
While
addressing the workers Mr Hussain advised them to analyse whether they give
precedence to the ideology over their personality or not? If one gives
precedence to ideology then he or she should not be loyal to any office bearer
or become directly or indirectly party of any group – and they must always
remain faithful and loyal to the Movement and its leadership. They must also
remember the fact that the ideologue never falters whereas the rest can alter
their path as a result of greed, duress, egotism or fear.
While stressing upon loyalty and allegiance with the Movement Mr Hussain explained that if the Movement takes a principled decision against an individual then this decision must be accepted wholeheartedly and not be debated. Recalling the past, he said that the Movement is once again faced with conspiracies; therefore, it is the need of the time that each and every member of the Movement must be a symbol of faithfulness, become the eyes, ears and brain of the Movement to keep an eye on the conspirators – not to get lost in their individuality and personal gains and keep struggling for the sustenance of the Movement. He also advised them to stay determined despite all the conspiracies, remain united and continue to struggle for mission and cause of the Movement. He termed APMSO as the backbone of the Movement and prayed that it remains intact.
