Death of Commander Ahmed Shah Masood should invoke world conscious to hunt the conspirators behind the cowardly murder – Alta Hussain

Mr Altaf Hussain, founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) in his statement issued from London said that he was dismayed and profoundly sad to have heard the news of the death of Northern Alliance Commander Ahmed Shah Masood.

Mr Altaf Hussain stated that the cowardly assassination attempt resulting in the death of Commander Masood deserves severest condemnation, which was a treacherous act of terrorism and barbarism.

Mr Altaf Hussain expressed his profound sorrow and sadness and prayed to God to rest Commander Masood’s soul in peace and grant his family members and people strength to endure the great loss inflicted upon them by the terrorists.

Mr Altaf Hussain said that the murder of Commander Ahmed Shah Masood should invoke the world conscious to hunt the conspirators behind this cowardly murder because a terrorist attack on one is an attack on all.
