DEMONSTRATION IN SOUTH AFRICA, FRONT OF PAKISTAN HIGH COMMISSION, PRETORIA, TO CONDEMN THE GENOCIDE OF MOHAJIR NATION

MQM South Africa Unit held a demonstration in front of Pakistan High Commission to register their protest on the killing of Mohajirs at the hands of Pakistan Government.

A large number of MQM workers went to Pakistan high commission at 11:30 am. The demonstrators were raising the slogans

1. "Killer, Killer Nawaz Killer"
2. "Butcher, Butcher Nawaz Butcher"
3. "Naraay Mohajir, Jiyay Mohajir"
4. "Naraay Altaf, Jiyay Altaf"

The Members of the Organising Committee of MQM South Africa addressed the demonstrators in which they told them about the Atrocities committed by the Government of Pakistan headed by Nawaz Sharif and its Law Enforcement Agencies against Mohajir Nation.

Press Reporters and Photographers from Different local newspapers of South Africa also took brief interviews and photographs of the demonstration. The spokesman of MQM South Africa stated, "We are demonstrating because the Government of Nawaz Sharif is involved in Genocide of Mohajir Nation. Thousands of MQM workers have been arrested, dozens have been killed in fake police encounter, death sentence for more than 60 workers of MQM have been announced by the Special Courts in false and fabricated charges. The Parliamentarians of MQM were beaten up and arrested when they were on the way to a public rally in Karachi". "This is all unbearable for us now". He added.

When the representatives of MQM requested the Staff of Pakistan High Commission to receive the Petition, they refused to come out. They later received the Petition from through iron grill. When the Press Reporters try to ask questions from the staff of Pakistan high Commission they refused to reply. The Press Reporters condemn the behaviour of the staff of Pakistan High Commission.

The workers of MQM distributed the leaflets among the pedestrians and brief them about the Genocide of Mohajir nation in Pakistan.
