The bomb blast at the UN Office in Islamabad is a

continuation of the wave of terrorism prevailing in the country – Altaf Hussain

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain has regarded the bomb blast at the office of UN World Food Day Program in the capital Islamabad, as open terrorism. He said that this bomb blast in Islamabad is a continuation of the wave of terrorism prevailing in the country and the terrorists are trying to disrupt the strength of the country by the bloodshed of the innocent people, but he said that by these cowardly acts of the terrorists cannot demean the feelings and strength of the army and the public against them. Mr. Altaf Hussain has expressed his condolences with the families of the dead and has prayed the may God bless their souls and the injured may get well soon. He has requested President Asif Zardari and Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani to investigate the cause of the bomb blast at high level, and to give the terrorists severe punishments and also provide better security to the citizens of Pakistan.
