APPEALS TO THE RIGHTEOUS (HAQ PARASTS) PEOPLE TO GENEROUSLY DONATE ZAKAT, FITRAH, SADAQA AND OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS TO KHIDMAT-E-KHALQ FOUNDATION (KKF)

The Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF), for the past many years has been providing financial assistance, free medical aid and medicines to deserving people such as widows, students, bereaved families of martyrs, disabled, other deserving people and for the marriages of the poverty stricken girls. It has rendered its charitable services irrespective of cast, colour, ethnic origin and creed. This is also a common knowledge that people of the urban centres of Sindh Province have been subjected to a relentless and suppressive State Operation since 19 June 1992.

During this operation,

• Thousands of innocent youth have been extrajudicially murdered.
• Thousands have been imprisoned on false and fabricated charges.
• Dozens have been unlawfully sentenced to death by the courts and are awaiting the implementation of such sentences.
• More than 12000 families have been displaced and forcefully evicted from their homes.
• More than 28 MQM workers are reported “disappeared” after they were unlawfully arrested by the law enforcement agencies in front of witnesses and thousands have been left destitute.

The bereaved families of such extrajudicially executed youth are starving because of the loss of their only breadwinner. Some families have been so enormously affected that even they do not have the financial capacity to even buy milk for their babies.

Therefore, I, appeal to all the righteous (Haq Parast) mothers, sisters, elders, youth and particularly the capable people to generously donate Zakat, Fitrah, Sadaqa and other contributions in the funds of Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation.
