Expression of condemnation on the suicidal bomb attacks in Peshawar

London, 28 May 2009....Founder & Leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain has strongly condemn the bomb blasts in Qissa Khawani Bazar, Kabbarri Bazar and suicidal attack on Police check post of Mittni in Peshawar and expressed his heartfelt sympathies over the loss of innocent lives of dozens of civilians and Police officials as well as severe injuries to more than 100 people in these terrorists attacks by anti-state Taliban.

In his statement Mr. Altaf Hussain said that anti-state Taliban has expanded their war in   other areas of Pakistan while waging war against Pak army. These Taliban are   not only targeting other cities of the country along with waging an open war against army and security forces personnel but also playing holi of blood with ordinary innocent citizens in the form of bomb blasts and suicidal attacks.

He further stated that the burial of the people of Lahore suicidal bomb blast has not been finished as yet that savage Taliban gave bloodbath in the Qissa Khawani Bazar, Kabbari bazaar in Peshawar on the one hand while martyred a number of Police Officials in Mittni Police check Post on the other in their reign of terror unleashed.

These barbaric Taliban who played holi of blood with the innocent children, youth, elders and women of their own religion by giving bloodbath in the streets and centers of cities of their own country and thus indulging in utter mourning almost every home of the nation do not deserve any concession and cannot be spared.

Mr. Altaf Hussain said that anti-state Taliban have already initiated an open war against the very existence of the country and the crying need of the hour is that entire nation must join hands with the armed forces and Police against anti-human Taliban and to save country from the clutches of brutal Taliban

He expressed heartfelt condemnation over the loss of those who died in the suicidal bomb attacks in Peshawar and prayed to Almighty to provide consolation to the bereaved families to bear this tragic loss of the lives of their near and dear ones and make a place for them in Paradise and also prayed for the quick recovery of the injured persons.

Mr. Altaf Hussain pointed out that after Lahore bomb blasts the blasts in Peshawar have made it abundantly clear and mandatory that in order to provide security to the other cities the checking system must be made stricter and solid measures be carried out for the safety of the lives and properties of the citizens.
