MQM has reached extraordinary heights, not because of US Dollars or Russian Rouble,
rather through exemplary sacrifices of it’s martyrs – Altaf Hussain
The powers supporting land, drug and weapons mafia should be well aware ,that every worker of MQM will stand up like an iron wall and defend his party against all threats. MQM owes it historical and current survival to the martyrs, without whom this would not be possible. The downtrodden masses are the brothers of MQM, but not those who belong to drug, weapon and land mafia The MQM is well familiar with those people who resorted to force and land grabbing in Karachi.

Leader and founder of MQM, Altaf Hussain stated that the MQM’s past is quite noteworthy and pertinent especially with regard to the exemplary sacrifices given by it’s worker. Owing to which the party thrived. Thus contrary to the belief that US dollars and Russian Rouble helped the MQM thrive. The powers supporting land, drug and weapons mafia should be well aware ,that every worker of MQM will stand up like an iron rock and defend his party against all threats. He said on the occasion of the inauguration of Martyr’s memorial during his telephonic address to thousands of workers at Jinnah ground, Azizabad. The participants included workers and supporters from Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Azad Kashmir including Karachi. Along with the families of the martyrs and the missing workers of MQM. The martyr’s monument was inaugurated by Altaf Hussain.

In his address, Mr. Altaf Hussain facilitated all the party supporters and workers on the 13^th anniversary of Muttahida Quami Movement. He mentioned that by the noble blood and sacrifice of the martyrs, the MQM has gone nationwide and formed MQM on this day and the history of transformation of Mohajir Quami Movement to Muttahida Quami Movement would not be completed without mentioning the sacrifices of the martyrs.

He further stated that sincere party workers always honor and remember the sacrifice of their compatriots and at the same time they fight with resolve against the oppressors and barbarism. He further went on to say that, when ever any worker propagates the party ideology, he must remember and inform the members of the 98% downtrodden masses of the valuable sacrifices made by MQM workers and supporters. Any nation or party that, forgets it’s valiant martyrs and does not pay homage to them, they are forgotten and rejected by the people. Thus remembering the martyrs is very important and it is incumbent on all party workers and supporters that they visit the Martyrs memorial site and also they should pray for the fallen and honor their sacrifices. Mr. Altaf Hussain said that he is well aware of the grievances and agony faced by the families of the missing and martyred MQM workers. He said that in this righteous movement my elder brother Nasir Hussain and his son Arif Hussain lost their lives. Like other workers of the MQM, my brothers and sisters are also displaced and earning their livelihood through laborious work in foreign countries. Altaf Hussain and his family are also fully involved in giving sacrifices to this movement. Mr. Altaf Hussain praised the parents, siblings and spouses of each martyrs. He also praised those resolute mothers who have contributed to the MQM, through their sons and they are still willing to sacrifice all of their sons for the MQM if the need were to arise.

Mr. Altaf Hussain also said that those people conspiring against the MQM directly and indirectly, must remember that every worker of MQM, tends to emulate the martyrs and thus the worker will fight and die for the MQM, but they shall never bow their head in subservience to the conspirators. Also warned the people who are materially striving and conspiring along with their acompliances have resorted to malicious propaganda and brute force at the barrel of the gun and even now they dream of the day where they will control Karachi by the aid of force and guns. However the MQM has been through that ugly chapter and knows better. The MQM only fears Allah and shall never succumb to any force or weapon. Mr. Altaf Hussain, mentioned clearly that it was the noble and bold sacrifices of the martyrs, that made MQM progress leaps and bounds, and not US Dollars or Russian Roubel. The Super Powers supporting land, drug and weapons mafia should be well aware, that every worker of MQM will stand up like an iron rock and defend his party against all threats. The workers of MQM, strive and have a resolute will for the party and are not up for sale or intimidation, rather their resolve is courageous. Hence no matter what the land, drug and weapons mafia does it can not beat the worker of the MQM. He said the people who threaten MQM and use a party’s flag for land grabbing, drugs and weapons dealing are not hidden from the public’s eye. The people know who and which party are actively involved in the illegal trade of drugs and Kalashnikov culture. All the agents and supporters of land, drug and weapons mafia should be aware that force of any size and manner shall never triumph over the MQM. We only bow our heads in front of Allah and nobody else. All the ethnicities like Sindhis, Punjabis, Pukhtoon, Balochi, Kashmiri, Hazarwal and saraiki are all reputable for the MQM and our brothers .We consider the righteous Bengalis to be our brothers as well and are still helping them collectively to achieve their rights. However those criminals who engage in drugs and weapons trade and indulge in land grabbing are not our brothers. Regarding the negative propaganda against MQM Mr. Hussain said that MQM enemies level all kinds of allegations and imputations on the pertinent figures of the MQM, so that their hard work are washed away.

Similarly several elements tried to defame former City Nazim Mustafa Kamal. He said that every one should know that Mustafa Kamal was not involved in any kind of corruption. In fact the public services of Mustafa Kamal as city Nazim were quite pertinent and everlasting. Mr. Altaf Hussain said that every worker believes that I do not believe in wrongful acts and do not make partial decision. He asked the workers to embrace each other on this day and forgive each other. They would remember the sacrifices and forge unity in the party ranks and fight all the enemies of the party from now on. Also that the workers should work diligently and not bow their heads to any cruel and corrupt regime. This event was scheduled for the 19 of June, 2010 but nature intended for this day to be the one. Also it is important to mention that it was raining on this day, but not a single supporter left the event due to the rain, like the event of 8 August 1986. In fact those souls that stood fast in the rain, and attend the event on a resolute will also face any kind of danger and challenge when the need arises. On this occasion Mr. Hussain asked the MQM Coordination Committee, elected members and every worker to visit the memorial and give salute to the martyrs. Alatf Hussain also gave his salutations to the media personnel, journalists, print and electronic media representatives who came to cover this event.
