DONATE GENEROUSLY FOR THE EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS IN IRAN

The Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation and MQM Medical Aid Committee in
collaboration with the Society for the Unwell and Needy (SUN), a British
registered charity, have set up relief camps in different area of Karachi to
collect aid for those affected by earthquake in Bam, city of Iran. These
camps have been installed in Federal B Area, Liaquatabad, Orangi Town,
Qasbah-Aligarh, New Karachi, Nazimabad, North Nazimabad, North Karachi, Pak
Colony, Gulbahar, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Society, PIB Colony,
Jamshed Quarters, Mahmoodabad, Defence, Clifton, Lines Area, Korangi, Landhi,
Malir, Shah Faisal Colony, Surjani Town, Lyari etc. Collection of
medicine, foodstuff, provisions, blankets and donations is underway.
Moreover,
the MQM Central Coordination has appealed to the righteous members of the public
to wholeheartedly and generously deposit their donations in the relief camps
installed by KKF and MQM Medical Aid Committee. In a statement issued
here, the MQM Coordination Committee said that to serve humanity is the greatest
worship of all and despite all the hardships KKF will continue to serve the
distressed humanity. As a result of recent catastrophe in Iran, thousands
of innocent citizens have lost their lives, thousands more have been rendered
destitute, forced to live in the open and vulnerable to catch diseases.
They are in dire need of medicines, blankets, foodstuff, provisions and other
aid related items. As a responsible person it is our obligation towards
humanity to come forward for the rescue and relief of our distressed and
distraught Iranian brothers. The KKF has installed relief camps in
different areas of Karachi to collect donations in the form of medicines,
foodstuff, provisions, cash/cheque/banker’s draft and other aid related items.
