HYDERABAD,
LATIFABAD, SUKKUR, NAWABSHAH AND OTHER CITIES OF SINDH
In the second phase of
the local bodies elections, the Haq Parast Panel has been successful in
various cities of Sindh. According to information received to date, from the 52
Union Councils of District Hyderabad, the Nazims and Naib Nazims of Haq Parast
Panel have been elected in 32 Union Councils.

MQM Founder & Leader Mr Altaf Hussain
has stated that when the MQM will come into power it will reopen the Zulfikar
Bhutto Case for investigation. He said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has
twice come into power in the name of Zulfikar Bhutto but failed to constitute a
commission to investigate his murder and continued to fool the people by raising
the “jiay Bhutto” slogan.

Mr Altaf Hussain said that for the past 57 years Pakistan
is facing numerous problems and has not been able to achieve its due place.
Pakistan was created on 14th August 1947 and after one day India achieved its
independence. At the time of partition the population of India was way above
that of Pakistan. India had more ethno linguistic and cultural groups as
compared to Pakistan. India was a vast country with regards to area as compared
to Pakistan. He said that India is far ahead of Pakistan in the fields of
electronics, information technology, space and education.

The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) would start its mass contact
campaign from Tuesday in view of local bodies elections to be held in August
this year, announced Deputy Convenor of MQM, Dr Farooq Sattar, here on
