UMAR KHAN’S MUDER A CONSPIRACY TO DESTROY BROTHERHOOD: MQM MNAs

 Karachi: 26^th April 2012:

MQM members of National Assembly have termed the brutal murder of Umar Muhammad Khan, a member of MQM Pukhtun Organizing Committee (POC) as a conspiracy to destroy harmony and brotherhood among the citizens of Karachi.

 They further said that some anti-peace elements had been targeting MQM workers to instigate ethnic violence in the city, whereas MQM had been trying to defuse the situation and bring harmony and brotherhood among the citizens of Karachi.

 The MQM MNAs stressed on President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Federal Interior Minister Rehaman Malik, Goveror Sindh Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah to take serious notice of the incident and take immediate steps to bring the terrorist to book.

They offered condolences to the bereaved family, and prayed for the divine forgiveness and eternal peace of the departed soul.
