NISHTER PARK BOMB BLAST AN ACT OF A PARTICULAR EXTREMIST GROUP ALTAF HUSSAIN

 London … 12^th April 2006...After detailed investigations & in the light of the pieces of evidence that have come to the fore it has become clear that the act of bomb blast at Nishter Park was carried out by a particular extremists group--- said Altaf Hussain, Founder & Leader of MQM, in a statement issued from London--- The conspirators behind this heinous intrigue have tried to hit many birds with one stone, he further said--- Addressing the people of country and particularly of Sindh, Mr. Hussain said that people would acknowledge that Sindh was having an exemplary law & order situation for the last few years, the month of Muharram & the 1^st eleven days programme of Seerat-e-Tayyaba of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) & Jashne Eid-e-Milad of  the month of Rabiul Awwal passed very peacefully only to be derailed today by particular elements in the city without  reaching to the facts of the the sorrowful incident of Nishter Park Only after a few moments of this incident resorted to violence, began to chant slogans against one political party & even went on to attack ambulances which were carrying dead bodies & injured to the hospital – an act which is also regrettable. No Kalima reciting Muslim, with complete faith in the Prophet hood of Prophet Mohammad ( Peace Be Upon Him) could have even conceived to desecrate Zikr-e- Mustafa ‘s meeting, let alone carrying a bomb blast in such a meeting – however, such a heinous , shameful (  regrettable ) & contemptuous act can only be carried out or ordered to be carried out by only those who considers a single word of praise for Prophet Mohammad (PHUH)  to be on act of Bidaat & Shirk. And would declare such doers liable to be killed,- said Mr. Hussain.

People of Pakistan are knowledgeable enough , even the conscious children know of the elements who carries or order for carrying out suicidal bomb attacks on mosques & Imambargahs to kill & injure those offering prayers, added Mr. Hussain.

Mr. Hussain further added that it is a matter of record that the Home Minister Sindh, official of  Govt. & the bomb disposal squad had after thorough check handed over the park to the organizers of Jashan-e- Milad meeting, so there was no possibility that a bomb could have been placed beneath the stage Moreover had that been the case it would have caved a big crack in the ground beneath the stage, which was not to be found there after the explosion, thus this further substantiates the veracity of the official claim that blast  was caused by extremist suicide bomber who managed to reach the stage and blew himself up during the prayers to rip apart the stage, thus killing & injuring many Ulema (religious scholars )  & members of Jamaat –e- Ahle- Sunnat & Sunni Tehreek ----

Expressing his grief & sorrow Mr. Hussain said that he was personally grieved & saddened and that all his colleagues ‘eyes had tears & their hearts filled with grief – I share the grief of the bereaved families & the parties to which these martyrs belong & pray to God Almighty to assign good position to these martyrs in heaven & enable the injured ones to recover & get well soon, he further said…

Concluding his statement , Mr. Hussain appealed to all the  parties & their workers & followers to exercise restraint as Allah Almighty’s justice is divine, though may take some time, Those coward animal instinct plotters of this act & those terrorists who carried it out can not escape the grip / wrath of God Almighty, it is therefore important that all parties fail the conspiracy of the intriguers to derail the law & order in the city & also keep a strict vigil on those conspirators who are bent upon to destroy the peace of the city. All parties & their  workers , should not only through a joint & united effort fail the conspiracies against the lovers & adorers of the Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) but also resist falling a prey to the false & concocted propaganda of the plotters of such conspiracies.

In his final words Mr. Hussain demanded of the President of Pakistan, General Parvez Musharraf, Prime Minister Shoukat Aziz, Governor of Sindh Dr. Ishrat ul Ibad, Chief Minister Sindh Dr. Arbab Ghulam Rahim and Provincial Interior Minister Abdul Raoof Siddiqui that those responsible for Nishter park blast be arrested & brought to book.
