Miss Nadia Gabol daughter
of Sardar Abdul Latif Gabol and niece of
PPP leader Sardar Nabil Gabol joins Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM).

Miss. Nadia Gabol daughter of Sardar Abdul Latif Gabol met Mr Altaf Hussain, the
Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement at the International Secretariat
in London where she formally joined the party. Dr Imran Farooq, Convenor of the
MQM, Mr Mohammad Anwar and Mr Tariq Mir, Members of the Central Co-ordination
Committee were also present. Miss Gabol said that her family has been associated
with politics for a long time and she herself has been assessing the performance
of various parties in Pakistan. She further added that having assessed the
manifesto and performance of all the parties, she concluded to join the MQM
which in her opinion is the only party that could steer the country out of the
prevailing crisis. She particularly applauded the efforts of the MQM in relation
to the rights of women in the country. She said that she has been impressed by
the selfless and dynamic leadership of Mr. Altaf Hussain and his party and
considered it an honour to work under his leadership. Mr. Altaf Hussain
congratulated Miss Nadia Gabol and whole heartedly appreciated her sentiments.
He also prayed that she may prove an asset for the movement. Miss Nadia Gabol is
a law graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University and niece of PPP leader
Sardar Nabil Gabol. She will now devote all her efforts for the MQM in Pakistan.
