By Ansar Abbasi
ISLAMABAD, April 12: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has set aside
cabinet's decision for the vacation of Rs250 million worth
abandoned properties, occupied by some bureaucrats, apparently to
favour his principal and political secretaries, it is learnt.
Government sources told Dawn that contrary to the cabinet's
decision, which had asked for early disposal of this state land
to pay back foreign debts, the premier had allowed the occupants
of these properties to continue living there till their
superannuation.
